Three D Kitchen is a family-operated kitchen remodeling company serving Southwest and Central Ohio. Our team brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in kitchen construction. Why Three D Kitchen Exists
Founder and CEO Scot Gerber and COO Deanne Thatcher started Three D Kitchen to fix a persistent problem in the remodeling industry. For decades, homeowners faced long delays, cabinets stacked in living rooms for weeks, and results that didn’t match the showroom promise.
Scot’s 30 years of direct kitchen construction experience highlighted the real issue: the process itself was broken. Three D Kitchen solves this with a faster, higher-quality approach built from the ground up, shaping every decision about how projects are designed, managed, and delivered.

How the Three-Day Model Works
The three-day kitchen model works because of what happens before installation:
Design & Measurement: In a single visit, we use AI-assisted software and LiDAR technology to create a precise 3D rendering of your kitchen. You see the finished space before any work begins.
Pre-Assembly: Cabinets and components are inspected and prepped off-site, so installation is quick and seamless.
Installation: Cabinet replacement, countertops, and backsplash typically fit within the three-day model. Larger projects with design changes, electrical, plumbing, or flooring updates may extend the timeline.
We partner with Kahle's Kitchen Cabinets, a family-owned manufacturer that builds fully custom cabinetry in a range of wood species, styles, and finishes. Every cabinet is a complete replacement, not a surface fix.

Scot brings 30 years of kitchen construction experience. He built Three D Kitchen around a commitment to speed, quality, and a better homeowner experience. He also founded A Lane of Hope, a foundation supporting healthcare workers.
Deanne Thatcher, COO
Collaborating closely with Scot, Deanne directs efforts to maintain high standards of quality and operational efficiency throughout every project.
